夏日祭典是夏天來日本時不可錯過的精彩活動。為了慶祝阿蘇在地震後的復興，今年的夏日祭典特別盛大，更能欣賞到兩萬發煙火齊發的華麗景象。如果來阿蘇，別忘了留意一下旅遊中心以及飯店櫃台的海報，或許有著令人意料之外的驚喜活動哦！

In order to celebrate the revival of Aso after the earthquake, this summer's festival is particularly grand gorgeous. Almost 20, 000 fireworks were be let off in the firework display. If you visit Aso in summer time, don't forget to come to this fantastic festival.

阿蘇的精神象徵除了雄偉的阿蘇山以外，就是有著兩千五百年悠久歷史的阿蘇神社了。

阿蘇神社與當地居民的情感連結很深，有著不可震撼的地位。儘管地震後震垮了部分建築，人們仍然會來這裡參拜。

現在的神社雖然還在復興中，但我們相信完工後，一定還能再次親眼見證阿蘇神社的壯麗!來到阿蘇除了欣賞美景外，也別忘記體驗一下參拜的樂趣喔!!

在參拜之前，要先在手水舍洗淨雙手與嘴巴，象徵對神明的尊重。而參拜過程中多使用五圓硬幣，因五圓的發音與ご縁(go-en)很像，這代表著與神明結緣 ，並且祈禱能實現願望。

Except for Mountain Aso, the Aso shrine which with over 2,500 years of history is also the spiritual symbol of Aso.

There is a deep emotional connection between local residents and Aso shrine. Although some part of building was destroyed after earthquake, people still often go to shrine and pray.

Even though some of the buildings are still under reconstruction, it will be surely able to reproduce its original appearance in the near future.
