【いつでも誰でも、は3Kの原因?】
昨夜は昨年夏にもお越しいただいたゼミ合宿の皆さんにお泊りいただきました。気心の知れた知り合いの宿泊は変に神経を使うことがありません。旅館やホテルが産業化された大きな背景は宿泊客の匿名性だと思います。いつでも誰でも泊まれるといった利便性が産業化の最大のメリットです。他方で、「いつでも誰でも」という市場ニーズがこの産業を3K化させる一因だと思います。民泊の参入もあり、この産業は歴史的な転換点に差し掛かっています。
早春の新甲子温泉では、いたるところでフキノトウが見られ、今朝はてんぷらにしました。
【Anytime as for all a cause of 3K?】
I had all of seminar camps for coming over stay last night in the summer of last year. The staying of the reliable acquaintance may not be strangely nervous. I think the big background where an inn and a hotel were made industry to be the anonymity of the hotel guest. Industry is the biggest merit of becoming it convenience that anyone can stay anytime. On the other hand, I think that the market needs called "even when all" is a cause to let this industry become 3K. There is the entry of the people day, too, and this industry approaches the historic turning point.
A butterbur sprout was seen everywhere and, in Shinkashi Onsen of the early spring, deep-fried it this morning.

【源流の森はセーフティネット】
今朝の旭岳は青空を背景に鮮やかなワインレッドに染まります。美しいモルゲンロートが見られる時間はわずか1、2分ですが、はかなさゆえに感動を大きくします。
旅館再生は老朽化した施設との戦いで、昨日も大きな問題が生じました。直しても直しても襲い掛かる不具合に、以前のぼくならとっくに自暴自棄になっていましが、この一年半で変わりました。昨日は近所でない人も含め4人の方が駆けつけてくれました。一人で悩まないことこそが人生最大のセーフティネットだと思います。
もうひとつのセーフティネットは、この阿武隈源流の深い森です。ぼくの人生を変えたこの森の早春の空気が生きる意味を考えさせてくれます。
【In the forest of the source safety net】

桜の季節が終わる東京から花粉症のない新甲子温泉に戻りました。汗ばむほどの東京とは打って変わって、南湖神社の冷たい朝の空気が心地よいです。福島では桜前線が福島、郡山、白河と南下すると言われていて、昨年の白河の桜は4月15日前後がピークでした。二度花見ができることも二拠点居住のメリットです。10日間を過ごしたハノイが生きる活力と若々しい刺激に満ち溢れているのに対し、東京は少し落ち着いた大人の刺激があり、静けさに包まれる阿武隈源流は自身と落ち着いて向き合いたくなります。それぞれの土地で脳の思考回路が変わることも多拠点居住のメリットだと思います。ぼくが福島で旅館を買ったとき、「骨を埋める覚悟がなければうまくいかない」と助言する人もいました。その意見は一面真理なのですが、他方でそうした窮屈さが地方から若者を遠ざけてきたと思います。今人をひきつけている地域は徳島県の神山町にしても出入り自由のおおらかさがあります。
【Generosity of the comings and goings freedom】

There is the stimulation of Tokyo a little calm adult whereas I am filled for vitality and the youthful stimulation that Hanoi that spent ten days lives for and overflow, and the Abukuma source wrapped in stillness wants to face own calmly. I think that it is a merit of the many bases residence that the thought circuit of the brain changes in each land. When I bought an inn in Fukushima, there was the person who advised it, "it did not go well without readiness to fill the rib". The opinion is one side truth, but thinks that such a feeling cramped kept away a youth from the district in the other. Even if the area attracting moderns makes Kamiyama-cho of Tokushima, there is generosity of the comings and goings freedom.

【スポーツの力】
ほとんどテレビを見ないぼくが見る唯一の番組はNHKの「GREAT RACE～グレートレース」です。オリンピックも含めて見るスポーツには関心がないのですが、体力と気力の限界を超える長距離レースを扱うこの番組だけは特別です。番組が追うランナーのなかにはぼくのような普通のランナーも多く、彼ら彼女らの肉体的な辛さや心の葛藤がリアルに体に伝わります。疲労困憊したランナーが転倒するとあたかもその痛みが体を走り思わず身を縮めます。番組を見終わると体を動かしたくなり、生きる力のようなものが沸いてきます。スポーツの力は偉大だと思います。
【Power of sports】
The only program which I who hardly watch TV watch "is GREAT RACE - gray trace" of NHK. I am unconcerned about a spectator sport including the Olympics, but only this program handling physical strength and the long-distance race more than limits of the willpower is special. There are many common runners like me in the runner whom a program presses, and the physical hotness and emotional conflict of they them reach the body realistically. When a fatigued runner falls down, the pain runs through a body and draws the body unintentionally. I want to move a body when I finish watching a program, and a thing such as the power to live for is heated. I think that the power of sports is really grand.

【自由と責任】
つらい花粉症の季節が続きます。しかし以前のように花粉症を悲観することがなくなりました。花粉症を避けるなら先日行ったハノイや宿のある新甲子温泉に移動すれば済みます。幸福を感じる上で重要なのは自由だと思います。働く場所さえ選べない現在の労働者を、後世の人は奴隷のように見るかもしれません。少し前なら理想論でしたが、今は飛行機の上でもスカイプで会議ができる時代です。働き方改革は企業の思考の固着を壊し、同時に自由と責任の覚悟を働く人に求めるものだと思います。
【Freedom and responsibility】
A season of hard hay fever lasts. However, it was gone to be pessimistic about hay fever as before. I finish it if I avoid hay fever if I move to Shinkashi Onsen with Hanoi and the hotel which I went the other day. I think that important one is free in feeling happiness. The person of coming ages may watch the current worker who cannot choose even work place like a slave. It was idealism if before a little, but is the times when I can hold a meeting on the airplane in Skype now. The way of working reform disturbs the adherence of the thought of the company and thinks that I demand readiness for freedom and responsibility from a working person at the same time.
