今朝の新甲子温泉は昨日の雪やあられが舞う午後の冷え込みに比べて温かく太陽がすっかり雪化粧した山を照らします。
昨日はトライアスロン・ウルトラランナーでスイスのランニングシューズOnを扱うBeech ForestのStore Managerにしてヨガインストラクター、英語の先生でもあるHasegawaさんにお越しいただきました。これからの時代は一人ひとりが自分のタレント性で生きる時代ですので、自分のスキルは常に磨き続けたいものです。
運動だけではなく知的関心がアンチエイジングと密接に関係していることが近年分かっており、スポーツと仕事は生涯現役でいたいと思います。

今朝の新甲子温泉は台風一過の青空が広がっています。紅葉していた木々の多くは強風で葉を落としました。阿武隈渓谷から吹き上げる風で落ち葉が蝶のように舞います。温泉の前にブナの大木が2本ありますが、那須連山側の風をまともに受ける木はほとんど葉を散らしているのに、もう一方は葉を茂らせています。
人間も同じで60歳を前に老け込む人もいれば、80歳を超えて長距離の山岳レースを完走する人もいます。都市が健康的な生活を送るのにふさわしくないと思うのは、健康の要素である運動、食事、ストレス管理に不適だからです。
皇居外周のジョギングが喘息の原因になるように、空気の悪い都市での運動はリスクがつきものですし、郊外まで出かけるには時間がかかりすぎます。都市で提供される魅力的な食事はほぼ例外なく体にマイナスの影響があります。満員電車などあまりにも自分の空間が少ない都市はストレス管理が難しく、加えてヒートアイランド現象など体への負荷は年々高まる傾向にあります。
他方で週末に自然豊かな場所へ移動したりリラックスしすぎることを繰り返していると自律神経バランスが崩れこれも不調の原因になります。こうした問題を解決するのが自然豊かな場所への移住ですが、その前の段階として多拠点居住があると思います。最高気温が20度台の夏や花粉症のない春を中心に住居を移しリモートワークをするライフスタイルです。ぼくの住む西郷村は日本唯一の新幹線停車駅を持つ村で、東京へは最短1時間10分で出ることができます。

新甲子温泉は台風の接近で雨ですが、穏やかな朝です。
昨日は、5月の旅館再生イベント以来助言をもらっていた方、いつも何かと気を配ってくれる中学校の同級生、木曜日のクラウドファンディングセミナーでご一緒させていただいた白河や郡山で街の活性化に取り組む3名の方、日帰り入浴以来親しくさせてもらっているトレイルランニングの2名の方と、再会や新たな出会いの機会をいただきました。必要なときに必要な人に出会える幸運は運命的なめぐり合わせとしか思えません。宿を営む素晴らしさは出会いに恵まれることだと思います。人と話すことで自分が見えなかったことが見え、自分の頭の片隅にあったアイデアが目の前に降りてきます。
会社などすでに出来上がった組織には気の合わない人もいます。ストレスの要因は人間関係といわれますが、やはり仕事は気の合う人とやりたいと思います。今は気の合う人と吸い寄せられるように出会いが起きますので、何事も話が早いです。
ぼく自身が実践している二拠点居住の可能性が広がれば、この西郷・白河エリアのポテンシャルが活かされると確信しています。ある意味、一度すべてを失った福島から世の中を変えていくことができると、今のぼくは信じています。

【どの季節もベストシーズン】
今朝の新甲子温泉も晴天です。この数日晴天続きですが、至るところに沢ができ阿武隈源流の水量が増えています。紅葉のピークを迎え、落葉により森が明るくなり、宿のまわりで一番大きなブナが道からよく見えるようになりました。落ち葉の絨毯を敷かれた剣桂神社に行くと身が引きしまるようです。
自然のなかで生活をしているとどの季節も好きになります。白一色の神々しい静けさに支配される冬も、新緑が生命の輝きを見せる春も、山での運動が最高に楽しい夏も、そして落葉前に日々森が色を変える秋も、どの季節もベストシーズンです。都市にいると生理的な暑い、寒いしか感じませんが、ここにいると季節を五感で楽しむことができます。

The body seems to be tightened when I go to sword Katsura Shrine where the carpet of dead leaves was spread.
I come to like you in all seasons when I live in nature. In in the summer when the exercise in the mountain is really fun in both the winter influenced by divine stillness all in white and spring when the fresh green shows brightness of the life and the autumn when a forest changes a color before fallen leaves every day, it is a best season in which season. Physiological hot cold does not feel that I am in the city, but can enjoy a season for the five senses when here.

【出会いこそが宿の価値】
今朝の新甲子温泉は快晴で、紅葉の盛りを迎えています。
昨夜は郡山でセミナーがあり、22時過ぎに宿に戻りました。車を降りると満天の星空です。外国映画で見るような空一面に輝く星空で、次の瞬間に何かが起きそうで不安なほどの美しさです。
昨日もそうでしたが、この一年で多くの出会いに恵まれました。以前なら人との出会いは人脈だと考えていましたが、今はめぐり合わせの縁だと考えるようになりました。ぼくがサラリーマン時代にもらった名刺の数は6,000枚前後になります。営業職を経験していませんからこの枚数は多くありません。しかしいくら出会いの機会があっても共振の起こらない人間関係は発展性がありません。
先日、逗子駅前に今月開業したコワーキングスペース「Coworker's Kitchen」でオーナーと話をしていたとき、たまたまそこに居合わせた人が私の宿に何度か泊まられたそうで、温泉から見た雪景色など思い出深い宿だそうです。この偶然などはめぐり合わせとしか思えません。そんな出会いが起きる宿にしたいものです。

There was a seminar last night in Koriyama and came back to the hotel at past 22:00. It is a star-filled sky when I get off a car. It is beauty as anything seems to get up in starlit sky shining all over the sky watching by a foreign movie in the next moment and is uneasy.
It was so, but was blessed with many encounters in this one year yesterday. I thought the encounter with the person to be acquaintances before, but it rotated now and came to think that it was the relationship of laying upon. The number of business cards which I got for the office worker era becomes around 6,000 pieces. Because I do not experience a business job, there is not many this number of sheets. However, there is no expandability in the human relations not to be generated of the resonance even if there is the opportunity of the encounter no matter how much.
When I talked with an owner this month in co-working space "Coworker's Kitchen" which I opened in front of Zushi Station, a person present there by chance seemed to stay at my hotel several times and seems to be the memorable hotels such as the snow scenes that I watched from the hot spring the other day. I think that this chance rotates and puts it together. I want to make the hotel where such an encounter happens.
