【欲が人を不幸せにする?】
今朝の那須湯元温泉は快晴でさわやかな朝です。鹿の湯の高い天井からは朝の光が差し込み、外からは蝉の声が聞こえます。高温の硫黄泉に身を沈めると思わずため息が出ます。食べるものと寝るところがあって、温泉があるなら、それ以上の欲求は、いわゆる快楽のランニングマシンだと思います。人生には必要のない執着ですが、持てばさらに欲しくなり際限なく欲求が増殖していきます。そうした欲が結局は心と体を蝕み、人を不幸せにしていると思います。
【A desire works as a person unhappily?】

【ダウンサイジングのパラダイムシフト】
先週仮住まいに引越しをして、部屋の面積が小さくなり必然的に、収納や冷蔵庫、洗濯機などの家電も小さくしました。300リットル近くあった冷蔵庫は170リットルにダウンサイジングしましたが、何の不都合もありません。冷蔵庫内の食品の25%が廃棄されるという統計が示すように、大きな冷蔵庫は、広い家と同様に無駄なものを溜め込むだけです。数年前に4,500ccのガソリン車から1,200ccのディーゼルに車を小さくしたときも、当初家族には不評でしたが、何の不自由もありませんでした。経済性が4倍程度に改善されただけでなく、小さい方が運転を楽しめ、狭い路地にも入り込めます。生活を小さくするのも体を絞り込むのも結局は新しいパラダイムを受け入れられるかどうかだと思います。小さい部屋にいると最小限度に突き詰めて生活する心地よさがあります。

【Paradigm shift of the downsizing】

【一人になれる贅沢】
今朝は雲取山に登りました。今年の2月に登ったときもトレイルランニングの友人に会いましたが、今日も別の友人と会いました。東京都最高峰最西端にある雲取山は2,017.09mの日本百名山ですが、トレイルランニング関係者にとっては往復3時間半で午前中に東京に戻れる足慣らしの山です。登山口の気温は15度でさわやかながら、森に入ると蝉時雨で初夏の風情です。晴天の週末ということもあり、朝5時前には30台ほどが停まれる鴨沢の駐車場は最後の1台を残すのみでした。登山者が多い山では自然に意識を向けることが難しく幸福度も半減してしまいます。一人になれる山が身近にある福島での生活は贅沢だと思います。

It is taste in early summer by a continuous chorus of cicadas although temperature of the starting point of a mountain climb being 15 degrees, and being refreshing when I enter the forest. I might say the weekend of the fine weather, and the parking lot of Kamosawa where approximately 30 could stop at left last one before 5:00 a.m. It is difficult to turn consciousness naturally, and the well-being is reduced to half in the mountain with many mountaineers. I think that the life in Fukushima where a mountain fitting one is imminent is luxurious.

【旅するように暮らす】
今回引越しをしたのは元の家から直線ならわずか500mほどの距離で生活圏がかぶっている場所ですが、まるで見知らぬ街に来たかのように新鮮です。気分的な問題ですけど、これまで入らなかった店に入ってみたり、小さな発見がたくさんあり、朝夕のラブラドールとの散歩も新鮮な刺激に溢れています。毎年のように引っ越すという人の話を聞きましたが、その気持ちがよく分かります。今の借家は面積が半減していて、断捨離をするのに最適です。シェアリング経済の時代には家を持たずに旅するように暮らすライフスタイルが主流になると思います。移動の自由のないマイホームのために働く自由も奪われていた時代を後世の人はどのように見るのでしょうか。
【Live to go on a trip】

I heard the story of the person to move almost every year, but understand the feeling well. As for the present rented house, an area is reduced to half and is most suitable to do Danshari. I think that a lifestyle to live to go on a trip without having a house in the times of the sharing economy becomes mainstream. How will the person of coming ages watch the times when I lost the freedom to act for a house without the freedom of the movement?

【権力を生む闇の構造】
日大問題は毎週通う日本工学院のスポーツカレッジでは身近な問題です。昨日も学生とこの問題を討議しましたが、運動部にありがちな出来事や単なるリスクマネジメントの観点に留まらず、最後は日本社会の闇に焦点をあてる格好のケーススタディになります。日大アメリカンフットボール部選手一同が29日に発表した声明文では監督やコーチの指示について、「それがチームの勝利のために必要なことと深く考えることもなく信じきっていました」とあります。「閉鎖的状況では人は権威者の指示に従う」ことを証明したアイヒマン・テストを持ち出すまでもなく、人事所管の常務理事である監督は絶対権力者です。表に出ない理事長も含め、その権力を生んだ構造こそが闇を深くしていると思います。
