【シンプルが一番美味しい】
日本最強のトレイルランニングチーム「チーム100マイル」の夏合宿が終わり、朝霧に包まれる今朝の阿武隈源流には秋の気配が漂います。伝説のパワースポット剣桂神社に行くとそこに留まる空気があたりとは違うことがわかります。森に入ると倒木が目立ちこうして森の新陳代謝が進むことを実感します。宿の前には手のひらより大きなきのこができています。
朝食は週末の残りの野菜をパエリア鍋で焼きオリーブオイルだけで食べますが、このシンプルな調理法が一番美味しく感じるのは皮肉なものです。
【Simple is the most delicious】
A camp is over in the summer of Japanese strongest trail running team "team 100 miles", and an autumn sign drifts at the Abukuma source surrounded for morning fog this morning. I know a thing different from the area in atmosphere to remain there when I go to legendary power spot sword Katsura Shrine. I realize that the metabolism of the forest keeps showing a lot of fallen trees when I enter the forest in this way. I have mushrooms bigger than a palm in front of the hotel.
The breakfast eats remaining vegetables of the weekend only with fried olive oil with a paella pan, but what this simple recipe is delicious most and feels is ironical.

【電話はいらない】
そろそろ宿の固定電話をやめようと思っています。忙しいところに営業電話ばかりされて仕事になりません。FAXをやめたのも「マイクロバス買い取ります」といった営業が年中入ることが原因です。「FAXがないと送客ができない」、と言い張るじゃらんでの販売をやめたのもそれが理由です。いまこの宿の主たる顧客となっているトレイルランニング関係者はみなフェイスブック経由で予約をもらっています。
開業４ヶ月で宿泊客の誰一人客室にテレビがないことに文句を言った人がいないように、なくても良いものがたくさんあると思います。

【I do not need the telephone】
I intend to give up having the landline of the hotel soon. Only a business telephone is considered to be it in the busy place and is not worked. It is caused by the fact that it always contains business "to buy a microbus" to have given up having FAX. As for having stopped sale in jalan insisting, booking is not made if there is not FAX", it is a reason. All the people concerned with trail running becoming the main customer of this hotel get a reservation via Facebook now.
I think that there is the thing which there does not need to be a lot so that nobody of the hotel guest has the person who objected to the guest room not having TV in opening of business four months.

【日本最高峰チームのオーラ】
昨日はトレイルランニング界最高峰の「チーム100マイル」の夏合宿に宿泊していただきました。トップアスリートのオーラ漂う集団が大挙してチェックインするさまには圧倒されます。昨日は午前中は嵐の前の静けさなのか晴天でしたが、昼前には豪雨と落雷で停電がありました。50人用パエリアもビギナーズラックもあってか及第点です。夕食後は宴会場を使ったミーティングが遅くまで続きました。
【Aura of the Japanese highest peak team】
I had stay at the camp in the summer of "100 miles of teams" of the trail running world highest peak yesterday. I am overwhelmed in the state that the group where an aura drifts of top athletes checks in at en masse. That it was lull before a storm was fine weather, but there was a blackout by a heavy rain and a thunderbolt in the morning before the noon yesterday. That there are both the paella for 50 and the beginner's luck is a passing an examination point. The meeting using the banquet room continued after dinner till late.

【見えない明日】
新甲子温泉は夕方から久しぶりに晴れて太陽がまぶしく森を照らします。週末に大型団体を迎える準備で山には行けませんが、晴れると無性に山に行きたくなります。
日記を見ていたら30年を超えるサラリーマン生活に区切りをつけたのはちょうど去年の今日でした。この一年は今まで生きてきたなかで一番長い一年のように思えます。不安ばかりの毎日ですが、ルーチンになりがちなサラリーマン時代よりは生きている実感があります。きっとハピネスレベルは今の方が高いと思います。ぼくは見えない明日に向かっているときに幸せを感じるようです。
【Invisible tomorrow】
The sun is dazzling openly after a long absence, and Shinkashi Onsen lights up the forest from the evening. I cannot go to the mountain by preparations to invite a large group to on the weekend, but want to go to the mountain so badly when I clear.
It was just a year today that I made an end of the office worker life more than 30 years when I watched a diary. I think like longest one year for this one year while I lived so far. It is every day only of uneasiness, but there is a living actual feeling from the office worker era whom I am apt to become routinely. Surely the happiness level thinks that now is higher. When I go invisible tomorrow, I seem to feel happiness.

【料理は自己表現】
夏休みを利用して宿の掃除を手伝ってくれた以前の会社の先輩が次の目的地に移動し、ラブラドールと二人だけの日常に戻りました。掃除をして買い物をして日が傾けば焚火をしながらパエリアを作る日々です。新甲子温泉は火が恋しい季節になりました。夕方パエリアを作りながら炎を眺めていると懐かしく暖かい気持ちになります。暑かった東京の夏が少し恋しくもあり、人間は贅沢なものです。
毎晩パエリアを作っているので、コツがつかめてきました。レシピ通りやってうまく行かない場合、ぼくはレシピにとらわれずに色々なパターンを試します。基本的には水分量、火加減、時間の三要素を入れ替えています。武道などで言う守破離です。ぼくはレシピのルールに縛られるのではなく、料理は独創的かつ自己表現の場であるべきだと思います。
人生も同じです。だれかが書いたシナリオの上をトレースするだけの予定調和の人生は幸せにはつながらないと思います。
今朝は宿の玄関に沢ガニが入り込んでいました。阿武隈源流からは標高差が80mほどありますので不思議です。
【As for the dish self-expression】

I feel warm with nostalgia when I watch flame while cooking paella in the evening. I yearn for some summer of hot Tokyo, and a human being is luxurious.
I was able to get an art every night because I cooked paella. When a recipe street person does not get along well, I try a various pattern without being seized with a recipe. I replace fluid volume, heat, three elements of the time basically. It is Shuhari to say by the martial arts. I am not bound by the rule of the recipe, and the dish thinks that and it should be ground of the self-expression creatively.
The life is the same, too. I think that the life of the Prastabilierte Harmonie that I only trace over the scenario which somebody wrote is not connected happily.
A swamp queen crab got into the entrance hall of the hotel this morning. Because an altitude difference is approximately 80m from the Abukuma source, it is mysterious.
