【グランピングの新顔】
今日は奥会津の豪雪地帯にある金山町の沼沢湖に行きました。湖畔に今日まで設置されていたドーム型のテントDom’Up（ドムアップ）を見るためです。2本の樹木間にロープやワイヤーでデッキを吊るして設置します。気分はツリーハウスで、地面に置くこともできます。もはや手垢まみれのグランピングですが、このベルギー発の新顔はとても魅力的です。設置場所と資金が確保できるならぜひ設置したいと思います。
沼沢湖に向かう峠は雪に覆われて完全に冬景色です。また長くて厳しい冬が始まりますが、一年に4つの季節を楽しめる日本は、自然環境の素晴らしい国だと思います。
【New face of Glamping】
I went to the Lake Numazawa of Kaneyama-machi in the heavy snowfall area of depths Aizu today. This is because it watches dome-shaped tent Dom'Up installed in the shore until today. 【人生を変える旅】
昨日神山町から戻り、今も旅の余韻が残っています。人生を変えるような旅の目的地を人に勧めるとしたら、神山は有力候補でしょう。神山訪問が昨年だったなら、ぼくの人生を変えていたかもしれません。視察団が訪れる今風に改装された古民家や、田舎に不釣合いなビストロを真似ることには意味がありません。
核心は昔から暮らす人と新たな移住者が織り成す、神山独特の空気です。行政主導による頭数の移住促進ではなく、逆指名により町に必要な人を呼び込めたことが要因だと思います。芸術家が滞在しながら制作活動をするアートインレジデンスが神山町の移住の原型となり、海外の違う価値観を受け入れた国際交流が、やがて移住者という国内交流へと広がっていきます。
ぼくが探していた「新しい生き方・働き方」がこの町にはありました。早くも町の顔となったカフェオニヴァ（Cafe on y va）では夏の1ヶ月はスペイン、ポルトガルなどの海外研修に行き、週休3日で自分たちの価値が高まる個人プロジェクトにあてることで自立を促すと言います。カフェオニヴァの料理は気取ったところがなく、繊細な都会的洗練というよりどこかフランスあたりの郊外のオーベルジュの料理を思わせます。
[trip to change the life]
I come back from Kamiyama-cho, and the lingering sound of the trip is still left yesterday. Kamiyama will be a major candidate if I recommend the destination of a trip changing the life to a person. If Kamiyama visit was last year, I might change my life. It does not have a meaning to imitate the bistro which is disproportionate to an old private house and the country redecorated into the modern type that an inspection team comes.
It is air peculiar to Kamiyama that a person and a new immigrant living from old days weave the core. 旅は学びだと思います。神山町で過ごした2日間は大切なことを学ぶ機会になりました。意識面で見ると神山町は都市よりも都市らしい感覚にあふれています。ある意味田舎の象徴でもあるスローライフとは対極にあるアグレッシブさや先端的な生き方があります。神山町は一見すると日本各地にある中山間地域の平凡な町です。神山町の成功は偶然の蓄積にも見えますが、その根底にあるのは普遍性だと思います。
1927年に日本に送られた日米友好のシンボルである「青い目の人形」の一体が、90年の時を経て神山町を大きく変える原点になったという物語ほど心引かれるものはありません。人形に添えられたパスポートの出生地欄のペンシルバニア州で贈り主を探し始め、これを契機に町が大きく変わっていくという話にはロマンさえ感じます。一人の人間の小さな行動が町を変え、人が人を呼ぶ形で人材集積が起こることは古今東西変わらないと思います。人々を吸引し、多くの人が生きる意味を見いだす町全体がパワースポットです。
【The whole town spots power】
I think the trip to be learning. It was an opportunity to learn an important thing for two days that I spent in Kamiyama-cho. Kamiyama-cho overflows in the sense like the city than a city when I look on a consciousness side. When Kamiyama-cho has a look at it, it is an ordinary town of the intermediate and mountainous area in various parts of Japan. 朝食前に雨乞いの滝とそこから参道の続く阿波邪馬台国説の中心地で卑弥呼の居城とされる悲願寺に登りました。神山には有名な観光地がないと昨日書いたのは誤りでした。標高700mの雪の舞う悲願時は邪馬台国伝説にふさわしく、神が創造したとしか思えない巨岩の沢を登っていきます。神山はまさに神の山なのです。古の時代から人々が何かに近づこうと登ったであろう苔むした山道を歩くと、ここが第一級の観光地であることが分かります。
朝食後は神山バレー・サテライトオフィス・コンプレックスとクラウド名刺管理のSansan神山ラボをそれぞれ案内してもらい、サテライトオフィスとして活用される古民家も数軒見ました。どこもアポなしの突然の訪問なのに、土地柄なのか親切に対応してくれます。
20年の歴史のあるアートインレジデンスの作品が置かれる大粟山に登り、午後は急峻な山頂にある四国八十八箇所第十二番札所の焼山寺（しょうさんじ）に行きました。四国八十八箇所で随一の難所として知られる焼山寺だけに、こんな山中に巨大な伽藍を作る信仰の力に思いを馳せないわけにはいきません。
【Kamiyama was a primary sightseeing spot!】
It was a mistake to have written that Kamiyama did not have a famous sightseeing spot yesterday. 【サテライトオフィスの聖地巡礼】
今日はサテライトオフィスの聖地?として注目を集め、今も自治体の「神山詣」が続く徳島県神山町に来ました。自然が卓越しているわけでも有名な観光地があるわけでもありませんが、四半世紀以上の時間をかけて外部の人を受け入れてきた、「来るもの拒まず、去るもの追わず」の空気が移住者に心地よいのだと思います。こればかりはいくら視察をしても実現できるものではありません。
理想を実現するのには、一般の投資家が許容してくれないような時間がかかるのかもしれません。赤字の垂れ流しは止めなくてはなりませんが、理想を捨てるぐらいなら脱サラのリスクを取る意味などないと思います。魅力的な飲食店もでき始め、神山町全体の魅力が増す好循環に入っていると感じました。
