【働く必然性があるから幸せ】
「LIFE SHIFT」が描く人生100年時代の世界がもたらす生涯働く時代は現実問題だと思います。働く必然性があることは幸せだと思います。働く必要がなければ元来怠惰なぼくなどは無気力で退屈な老後を送ると思います。人類史上最長の122歳と164日を生きたジャンヌ・カルマン（Jeanne-Louise Calmen）の言うように、長生きの秘訣は退屈しないことだと思います。働く必要がなければ朝起きてもやることがなく、脳がぼんやりしたまま刺激も潤いもない一日を過ごしそうです。
まだ10年は働けたコンサルティング会社を辞めたとき、我ながらリスキーな選択だと思いましたが、昔の秩序による安全な生き方はもはや安全ではないと思います。クラウドで働く時代の新たな秩序が形成される前に、退職後の準備が早いほど独立事業者として成功する可能性が高まります。
I think that it is the real question in the times to work throughout the life when the world of the times brings it for life 100 years when "LIFE SHIFT" draws it [I favor it because there is inevitability to act]. I do not do it even if I get up in the morning if it is not necessary to work, and the stimulation seems to spend the day when there is not being moistened with brain being absentminded.
When I still left the consulting company which worked for ten years, I thought that it is the choice that is a squirrel key even if I do say so myself, but think that the safe way of life by the old order is not safe anymore. Possibility to succeed as an independent company increases before the new order of the times to work is formed of a cloud so that preparations after the resignation are early.

昨日、田園都市線に乗ったドアの前が、期せずして全国区の知名度となってしまった日大の危機管理学部の広告看板でした。先日の学長と文部科学省との面会でも、文科省側は日大のガバナンスの不明確さに苦言を呈していましたが、この学部に起死回生の秘策はあるのでしょうか。電車に乗っていると人の会話が自然と耳に入ります。先日も背後で新入社員と思しき4人が会社で受けた研修の話をしていました。上司から理不尽な指示を受けたときにどのように対処すべきか、というどこかで聞いた話です。ぼくも授業で同じ話をしており、誰しも考えつきそうなケーススタディです。会社から離れて1年10ヶ月が過ぎますが、会社内の話を聞いていると、どこか別世界の話のように聞こえます。

引越しを機にモノの処分と並行して日々使うものはメンテナンスをするようになりました。昨日は結婚祝いにもらい29年以上使っている自転車2台のタイヤとブレーキを初めて交換しました。そういえば結婚記念日を祝う習慣がなく、20年目はもちろん、25年目の銀婚式も完全に忘れてスルーしていました。変速機を持たないベルトドライブの自転車は29年間全くのメンテナンスフリーでパンクすらしません。メイドインジャパンの面目躍如ですが、バブル経済真っ盛りの当時の日本品質は過剰なまでに高いのかもしれません。日用品の自転車でもここまで使うとその耐久性の高さには尊敬に近い愛着がわきます。自動車には10年10万キロ以上乗る主義ですが、走行距離は不明ながら29年以上使い続ける工業製品は自分史上最長です。

昨日は車で福島を往復しました。夜の国道4号線を車の窓を開けて走っているときに漂う夏の夜の匂いが好きです。もちろん特定の匂いがするわけではなく、それはゴムの焼ける匂いだったりするのですが、刺激的な甘く危険な匂いです。二十歳前後の頃に、よく深夜のドライブをしていた記憶が蘇ります。宿の設備は相変わらず問題山積なのですが、以前のように悲観することもなくなり、学生時代の音楽を聞いていると、もう一度人生をやり直せそうな気がしてきます。
