【健康常識は矛盾に満ちている】
宿から見る那須連山はすっかり雪をかぶり冬景色になりました。昨日はオーストラリアと韓国の方に宿泊していただきました。料理はヴィーガン対応にして、普段作っているバターチキンカレーは油麩と豆のカレーに変えました。ぼく自身は菜食主義ではありませんが、基本的に肉は避けるべきだと考えています。
他方で肉食が必要と主張する人の示す根拠はもっともなものです。しかしこの一見もっともな主張こそが混乱を招きます。健康常識はいつも矛盾に満ちています。たとえば皮膚がんのリスクがある日光浴をしないと骨がもろくなることもそのひとつです。すべての健康常識には相反する性質があり、情報弱者は断片的な情報に振り回されます。生活習慣病の主犯は飽食による未消化物の腐敗と代謝への悪影響と考えられますが、他方で何も食べずに人は生きていくことはできません。
断片的な情報を見極めるためには、健康な身体、ウェル・ビーイングを俯瞰することが必要です。そのヒントは身体の恒常性の維持（ホメオスタシス）にあります。つまり人類進化の歴史で築かれた人間の身体のデフォルトが何かを知ることが重要です。具体的には人間の身体は農業革命以降の食生活の変化には適応していません。他方で人間の身体は飢餓対応できるようにつくられているので、飢餓状態で生きる力が強くなります。ぼくは宿を通して健康になるための方法論を確立したいと思います。

Specifically, the human body does not fit the change of the eating habits after the agriculture revolution. On the other hand, power to live in a starvation state becomes strong because I am in love that the human body starves and copes. I want to establish methodology to become healthy through a hotel.

昨夜から今朝にかけて新甲子温泉では満天の星空が見られます。温泉から星空を眺めていると、昨年12月からこの宿で暮らし始めた頃を思い出します。東京暮らしの長かったぼくにとって、葉を落とした背丈の高いブナの先に見る美しい星空は、きわめて印象的なものでした。
昨日は美しい虹を見ることができました。東京にいると虹を見る機会は１年に１度ほどですが、ここ新甲子温泉では月に数度、間近で虹を見ることができます。2000年代に入ってからアメリカなどの研究で、自然環境の豊かさが脳を発達させ創造性が高まることが認められています。AI時代のクリエイティブクラスは、今後自然のなかで過ごす時間が増えていくと思います。

今朝の新甲子温泉は暖かく太陽が雨に濡れた森を照らします。昨日は郡山市にある「福島県よろず支援拠点」に行きました。ぼくが必要とする関係先は西郷村、白河市、いわき市、郡山市、福島市などに分散されていて、郡山市街へは往復100km以上の距離があります。一見不便なようですが、自分の部屋である車のまま、渋滞もなく移動できるので苦になりません。東京では大半の場所にアクセスできる地下鉄が便利でしたが、車社会の福島では道路が重要な理由が分かります。
昨日で決算の入力作業が終わりました。社会的通念にしたがって働く時間を決める必要がなくなったために、仕事の生産性は飛躍的に上がりました。労働には命令監督される不愉快な労働と、自発的に考えて動く楽しい労働があると思います。ぼくは阿武隈源流の森で自発的に働くことが最高の生産性を生むと実感しています。

In the relations that I need, it is dispersed in Nishigo-mura, Shirakawa-shi, Iwaki-shi, Koriyama-shi, Fukushima-shi, and distance more than coming and going 100km is to the Koriyama city. It seems to be inconvenient at a glance, but, as the car which is one's room, does not bother you because I can move without a traffic jam. The subway which can access most places was convenient in Tokyo, but understands the reason why a road is important in Fukushima of the car society.
Input work of the settlement of accounts was over in yesterday. Because it was not necessary to decide time to work according to a social common idea, the productivity of the work rose drastically. I think that there are the unpleasant labor that I order for labor, and is supervised and fun labor to think voluntarily, and to move. When it produces the best productivity to work voluntarily in a forest of the Abukuma source, I realize it.

【自然こそが美しい】
今朝の新甲子温泉も初冬らしい穏やかな晴天です。昨日はいわき駅前にある産業創造館での中小企業起業経営相談に行きました。いわきまでは往復200km以上の距離がありますが、快適なドライブルートで一部は高速の無料区間もあり、全くストレスのない距離です。サラリーマン時代は勝手にネットワークが広がることもあり、自分から人的ネットワークを広げる努力をしてきませんでした。自営業となった今は人のネットワークと情報こそがビジネスの生命線です。
昨日は那須おろしが吹き荒れ、その影響なのか玄関先で東京では見かけない美しい鳥が死んでいました。羽の美しさは自然の作り出した芸術です。自然こそが美しく人間の作り出したものには、ぼく自身はあまり感動することがありません。
