【平和な朝】
今朝の新甲子温泉も秋らしい気持ちのよい快晴の朝です。早くもトレイルランニングのレースシーズンが終わり、今年はレースにでることがありませんでした。1年レースから離れてみると、あれほど引き付けられていた過酷な競技が自分と無縁の世界に思えます。人生は飽くなき挑戦でありアグレッシブに生きたほうが幸せになれると思うのですが、トレイルレースも人生における挑戦だと思います。
肉体を酷使する世界と無縁の平和な朝は、ラブラドールとのスキンシップから始まります。ぼくが行くとラブラドールはすぐに寝床から飛び起きて挨拶に来てくれます。犬が最良の友と言われるのは当然で、なんていいやつなんだと毎朝感謝する気持ちになります。その後は日課の剣桂神社と源流の森を2kmほど散歩します。
【Peaceful morning】
Shinkashi Onsen this morning is comfortable clear morning like the autumns. A race season of the trail running was over and might not go for a race this year early either. A severe competition attracted like that thinks that I am separated from a lace for one year in the world where is unrelated to oneself. I think that it is an insatiate challenge, and the life is aggressive, and live one can find happiness, but think that the trail race is a challenge in the lives.
In the peaceful morning when is unrelated to the world abusing the body, I begin with physical contact with Labrador. When I go, Labrador jumps immediately from the bed and comes for greetings. It is natural that a dog is said to be the best friend, and it is in a feeling to thank every morning when it is what a good guy. I stroll in sword Katsura Shrine of the daily work and the forest of the source approximately 2km afterwards.

【都市の呪縛的意図】
昨夜は庭の舞茸を収穫してオリーブオイルと塩で焼きました。舞茸らしい少し甘い上品な香りが厨房に入った途端にわかります。スーパーで買った舞茸に感動することありませんが、庭に生えていたと思うと愛着がわきます。宿の付近は自生の山菜やきのこも多く、鹿や猪も見かけるので食べ物に事欠きません。
他方都市は基本的に食物を生産することができません。都市の形成に詳しいわけではありませんが、都市とは何かを考えます。単純に効率のために作られたというより、その背後には呪縛的な意図があったと思います。城を中心に都市が形成される統治の時代を経て、近代への変遷のなかでは経済的な理由が大きいと思います。都市はもともと何も生み出せないからこそ、人を集め価値を生み出し経済を大きくするのに好都合です。大衆消費社会を創造し、人々の欲求をあおることで都市は輝いてきたと思います。
一方で田舎は、効率とは無縁だったゆえに経済優先の呪縛から自由だったと思います。週末に人々が自然豊かな田舎を目指すのは経済優先の息苦しさ故なのでしょう。
【Spellbinding-like intention of the city】
I harvested the Grifola frondosa of the garden last night and baked it with olive oil and salt. I know it as soon as a slightly sweet refined fragrance like the Grifola frondosa entered the kitchen. There is not that I am impressed by the Grifola frondosa which I bought in a supermarket, but attachment is heated when I think that it grew in the garden. Because a lot of wild edible wild plant and mushrooms see a deer and the wild boar, the neighborhood of the hotel does not lack food.
On the other hand, the city cannot produce food basically. I do not know a lot about the formation of the city, but regard something as the city. I think that there was an intention made for efficiency simply spellbinding-like in the rear. After the times of the rule that a city is formed around a castle, I think that an economic reason is big in the change to modern times. The city is convenient simply because originally I can produce nothing to gather people, and to bring about value, and to increase economy. I create public consumption society and think that the city shined by fanning the desire of people.
On the other hand, I think the country to have been free from economic spellbinding given priority because it was unrelated to the efficiency. It will be an economic suffocation reason given priority to aim at the country where people are full of nature on the weekend.

【現代の異人歓待】
今朝も生きていることを感謝したくなるすがすがしい朝です。旭岳の荒々しくも優美な山肌が青空に映えます。濁流だった阿武隈源流にも清流が戻り、見ているだけで幸せになれそうです。この森にいると自分が「したかったこと、すべきこと」が分かります。あとはそれを「できること」に変えるだけです。
今朝まで3名の方に連泊していただきました。宿にいる時間が長いので色々な話が聞けて、宿を経営する大きな楽しみです。ホスピタリティの歴史は、情報収集を目的に共同体の外から来た人をもてなす異人歓待にあるとされますが、居ながらにして宿泊した人から話が聞けることは貴重だと思います。
【Modern stranger warm reception】
It is the refreshed morning when I want to thank for living this morning. The face of the mountain which is elegant violently of Asahidake shines in a blue sky. A clear stream returns to the Abukuma source that was a muddy stream and seems to be able to find happiness just to look. Oneself understands what "I wanted to do, the thing that you should do" when in this forest. I only change it into "being able to do it" afterward.
I had you stay consecutively towards three people until this morning. Because time to be at the hotel is long, I listen to various stories and am big pleasure to run the hotel. It is said that a stranger warm reception to treat the person who came for the purpose of intelligence from the outside of the community has the history of the hospitality, but thinks that what a story listens to from the person who stayed is valuable while being.

【働く意識が消える】
去年までは、山や温泉、海外旅行に行きたくなったものですが、山の温泉に生活しているのでこの一年そうしたレジャーとは無縁です。レジャーとビジネスを分けることがないために休日という概念もなくなりました。仕事にオンオフがなく疲れたらいつでも休むので休日を作る必要がありません。ほとんど休日を取らない経営者を以前なら猛烈に働くと思っていましたが、そもそも生活と労働が一体化しているので働くという意識もないのだと思います。
昨日は以前の宿のオーナーの方に庭に出ている舞茸を教えてもらいました。もちろん菌をつけたものですが、庭に舞茸が出るのは感動的です。
【Consciousness to act fades away】
Until last year, it is the thing which wanted to go for a mountain and a hot spring, overseas travel, but is unrelated to the hot spring of the mountain with such leisure for this one year because I live a life. Because I did not distribute leisure and business, it became without the concept called the holiday. It is not necessary to make a holiday because I take a rest anytime if work does not have ON/OFF and is tired. I thought the manager who hardly takes the holiday to work intensely before, but think that there is not the consciousness to work because in the first place life and labor unify it.
I had you tell the Grifola frondosa which appeared in the garden towards the owner of the former hotel yesterday. Of course it is the thing which it added bacteria to, but it is impressive that Grifola frondosa appears in the garden.

【贅沢な田舎暮らし】
今朝の新甲子温泉は穏やかな秋晴れです。
贅沢とは何かをよく考えます。本来の意味は、「必要とする以上の分に過ぎた消費」を指す言葉で、有り余るお金を意味したのでしょうが、それは都会の話だと思います。田舎暮らしにおける贅沢はそうした財貨の尺度とは異なり、都会で手に入れることができない希少な経験だと思います。
たとえば都心ではいくらお金を出しても隣の人家が見えない住宅を持つことはできませんが、ここ西郷村なら望めば誰でもそうした家を手に入れることができます。宿から遊歩道を5分下った阿武隈源流にイスとお茶を持って行くとそこは自分だけの最高のカフェになります。より本音に近いところで自分の満足点を探すと、都市論理の消費社会はいびつなものに見えます。
週末ごとに自然のもとに出かけて休息のし過ぎと移動で疲れてマンデーブルーなど、かえって体調を崩すことを考えると、自分の生活をミニマルにして田舎で暮らす選択肢はむしろ現実的に思えます。
【Luxurious rural living】
Shinkashi Onsen this morning is the calm clear autumn sky.
I regard something as luxury well. The original meaning would mean money to be in excess by words to hint at "the consumption that was over in the above-mentioned minute to be necessary", but thinks that it is an urban story. I think the luxury in the rural living to be the rare experience that I cannot obtain in a city unlike a standard of such a money and property.
For example, the next house cannot have an invisible house even if I take out money no matter how much in the downtown area, but even anyone can obtain such a house if I expect here Nishigo-mura. There becomes the best cafe only for oneself when I take a chair and tea at the Abukuma source that went down the promenade from a hotel for five minutes. The consumption society of the city logic is seen to the distorted thing when I look for, by the way, one's satisfaction point that is nearer to the true intention.
Go out under nature every weekend, and is tired from movement with overdoing of rest; and on Monday including the blue rather the choice to do one's life in a mini-circle, and to live for in the country thinks that think about rather getting out of shape practically.
