【動き始めた働き方改革】
昨日は「働き方改革」のセミナーに参加しました。印象的なのは働き方改革に着手している企業が会場の7割、個人で確定申告している人が3割に達することで、挙手しない人もいるでしょうから働き方改革が動き始めているのは確かだと思います。
真の目的を忘れて働き方改革を目指す企業は失敗する、働きやすさを目指すのではなく働きがいを目指す、マインド・文化が変わらないと成功しない、などが多くのセッションに共通するメッセージです。社員が自発的に動くことこそが働き方改革の核心だと思います。
夕方からは福島県が支援する「チャレンジ！ふくしま創生プロジェクト」の投資家説明会に参加して、宿の現状や将来計画を説明しました。手ごたえはあるものの、これを実績に変えていくことが今年の課題です。

I participated in the investors briefing session of the Fukushima wound straight project and explained a plan in the present conditions and the future of the hotel. It is a problem of this year that the response changes this into the results although there is it.

【疲れるために旅に行く?】
10日ほど日本を離れてみると、日本の街は無機質で面白くないのですが、整然とした落ち着きがあります。ベトナムが育ち盛りのやんちゃな子供だとすると、日本は礼節をわきまえた大人の雰囲気です。一方で美しい街並み以外にハノイが進んでいるところもあります。毎日路線バスで移動したのですが、高齢者や外国人旅行者には素早く席を譲ります。
帰国2日ほど前から歯が痛くなり夜寝られなくなりました。気候や食べ物の変化、時差、緊張、移動の疲れなどにより体調を崩す人も少なくないと思います。ハノイ訪問の目的の半分は仕事ですので、「疲れるために時間とお金を費やして旅に行くようなものだ」と思わずに済むのが救いです。
【Do you go for a trip to be tired?】
When leave Japan as 10th, the town of Japan is not interesting with mineral matter, but is orderly; is calm. On the other hand, there is the place where Hanoi advances other than beautiful cityscape. I moved by a route bus, but concede a post to an elderly person and a foreign tourist quickly every day.
I came to have a toothache for return home approximately two days and was not slept at night. I think that there are a lot of people getting out of shape by a change of a climate and the food, difference in time, strain, fatigue of the movement. Because objective half of the Hanoi visit is work, it is the help that do not think, "I spend time and money to be tired and virtually go to the trip".

【信号無視は安全?!】
ハノイに滞在して思考の枠組みが変わり始めました。生命力のみなぎる街を歩きながら、停滞する日本との違いを考えます。それは人々の生きる力のような気がします。社会の発展や進歩の概念そのものが人間の持っていた生きる能力を奪っていると思います。洗練された制度や安全思想は人間を萎縮させます。みなが信号を無視するハノイでは無謀運転を見かけません。ルールがない世界ではお互いが相手の行動に注意をするので、自ずと節度を持った秩序が生み出されます。人間は使わなくなった機能を退化させます。管理が過度に進んだ日本の社会は、他人の行動に無関心になり自ら秩序を生み出す力を失ったと思います。
【Is the signal disregard safe? 】
I stayed in Hanoi, and the framework of thought has begun to change. I think about a difference with delayed Japan while walking the town filled with the vitality. Such as the power that people live for as for it feel like. I think that concept itself of the social development and progress takes human ability to live for that I had away. A refined system and the safe thought let a human being wither. Everybody does not see reckless driving in Hanoi in defiance of a signal. Because each other is careful about the actions of the partner in the world without a rule, order with the moderation is brought about naturally. The human being lets the function that I did not use degenerate. The Japanese society which management went ahead through excessively thinks that I become indifferent to an action of another person and lost power to bring about order by oneself.

【リアリティのある戦争博物館】
ハノイは活気にあふれる都市です。朝5時には街が動き始め、通りには香辛料の香りが漂います。その活力の源は生きる必要性だと思います。日本の朝の通勤風景には生命力が感じられません。
昨日はBRTに乗って郊外にある軍の基地に併設されたホーチミントレイル博物館（Ho Chi Minh Trail Museum）に行きました。入場者のいない静かな博物館は、ベトナム戦争時の南ベトナム解放民族戦線への陸上兵站補給路であるホーチミン・ルートに関する世界的にも珍しいロジスティックスを扱った戦争博物館です。戦車などの派手な展示はないものの、より兵士の生活が身近に感じられるリアリティがあります。
ハノイでは衣装を持参して写真を取るカップルや若い女性を随所で見かけます。
【War Museum with the reality】
Hanoi is a city overflowing in vigor. A town begins to move at 5:00 a.m., and there is a fragrance of the spice in the street. I think the source of the vitality to be the need to live for. Vitality is not felt in commuting scenery of the morning in Japan.
I went to the Ho Chi Minh trail museum added to the base of the military in the suburbs on BRT yesterday. A quiet museum without the visitors is the war Museum that treated the logistics that it is unusual worldwide about the Ho Chi Minh route which is a land supply division supply road to the Viet Cong at the time of the Vietnam War. Although there is not it, the showy display such as tanks has the reality that the life of the soldier is felt close more.
I see a couple and the young woman who I bring clothes in Hanoi, and take the photograph in at every turn.

【内向きになった日本人】
昨日はベトナム国家大学ハノイ・社会科学人文科学大学Vietnam National University- Ha Noi・University of Social Sciences and Humanities（VNU-USSH）を訪問しました。ハノイ中心部のフレンチ・クオーターとは異なるソ連的な雰囲気の建物ですが、研究室内部は日本の大学と変わりません。
午後は巨大ショッピングセンターを備える超高層のサービスアパートメントを見学させていただきました。日本並みかそれ以上の頻度で見かける高級車、日本以上に洗練されたホテルやゲストハウスを見ていると、日本とベトナムはどちらが先進国なのか混乱します。バスのドライバーはスマホをかけながら運転をしますし、ほとんどの人や車が信号を無視します。しかしそれでも特段問題は起きません。社会が発展し制度やインフラが整う管理社会が日本人を内向きにし、日本から活力を奪ったと思います。
【The Japanese who became inwardly】
I visited Vietnam National University- Ha Noi, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-USSH) yesterday. It is the building of the Soviet Union-like atmosphere unlike the French quarter of the Hanoi center, but the laboratory inside does not change with a Japanese university.
I observed the super high-rise service apartment with the huge shopping center in the afternoon. Japan and Vietnam are confused when they watch a refined hotel and guest house than luxury model, Japan to see at Japanese regular or further frequency which is a developed country. The driver of the bus drives while wearing a smartphone, and most people and cars ignore the signal. However, still problems does not rise. Controlled society that society develops and is equipped with a system and infrastructure works as a Japanese inwardly and thinks that I took vitality away from Japan.
