【エネルギー補給は無用】
今朝の新甲子温泉は素晴らしい晴天で朝5時に宿を出発して赤面山に登りました。青白い明け方の空に満天の星が見えます。薄暗い森の中を手探りで登っていくと遠くの山から動物の遠吠えのような声が聞こえます。
今朝も何も食べずに登り始めましたが、赤面山往復14km強、消費カロリー778kcal程度ではエネルギー補給は不要です。先日の会津駒ケ岳に登ったときも中門岳往復18kmでも朝から何も食べず水以外の補給は不要でした。海外のトレイルランナーの間ではカーボローディングはもはやナンセンスと考えられているようで、ぼくの経験でも糖質を含む補給は25km程度の山登りであれば不要です。糖質制限によりケトン体濃度を上げていくと、人間の身体にマラソン数十回分蓄えられている脂肪分でエネルギーを作り出すことができます。これは脳にも使えるので頭が疲れたときに糖質を摂る必要もなくなります。誤解から長年悪者扱いされてきたケトン体ですが、こうしたエネルギー産生のメカニズムが浸透してくれば、トレイルレースのエネルギー補給だけでなく、糖質過多による多くの生活習慣病が一掃されるとぼくは考えています。

Shinkashi Onsen this morning left the hotel by splendid fine weather , at 5:00 a.m. and climbed Akazura mountain. The star of the sky is seen in the sky of the pale early morning. I hear a voice such as the howling of the animal from the far-off mountain when I climb it by a feel in a dusky forest.
I have begun to climb anything without eating, but the energy supply is unnecessary at Akazura mountain coming and going a little over 14km, the calories-out 778kcal degree this morning. When I climbed Aizu-Komagatake of the other day, even Mt. gate built between the main gate and the main house of the palace-styled architecture in the Fujiwara period coming and going 18km ate nothing from morning, and the supply except the water was unnecessary. It seems to be thought that Carbohydrate Loading is already nonsense among the overseas trail runners, and even my experience is unnecessary if supply including the glucide is mountain climbing of around 25km. A human body can create energy with fat content saved for dozens of times of marathon when I raise ketone body density by a glucide limit. This does not have to consume glucide because I am usable in brain when a head was tired. It is the ketone body which has been treated like a bad person for many years by misunderstanding, but I think as well as the energy supply of the trail race if mechanism of such an energy production penetrates when many lifestyle-related diseases are swept away.

【昔ながらのおおらかさ】
昨日は以前から行きたかった、南会津町にある自然食マクロビオティック&ビーガン料理の宿「タンボ・ロッジ」に行きました。南米アンデスの食文化に詳しいシェフが作るオーガニック野菜の料理は食物アレルギーの人にも支持されています。ぼく自身はベジタリアンではありませんが、肉のない食生活を好ましいと思っていて参考になりました。この日は朝から何も食べず会津駒ケ岳、中門岳往復18kmを歩き宿の夕食一食で済ませましたが十分に満足できました。
食前に10kmほど離れた湯ノ花温泉の共同浴場4ヶ所に入りました。どこも風情があり、うち2ヶ所の混浴では地元のお年寄り（男女）と一緒になりました。清流の音と湯音が響き夕日の差し込む小さな浴室で石の浴槽につかっていると、とても幸せな気持ちになります。それは単に非日常的な風景だからではなく、混浴で世間話をする昔ながらのおおらかさが心地よいからだと思います。

I always went to the hotel "Tambo lodge" of the natural foods macrobiotic & vegan dish in Minamiaizu-machi that wanted to go yesterday. The dish of the organic vegetables which a chef knowing a lot about food culture of the South America Andes cooks is supported to a person of the food allergy. Myself was not a vegetarian, but I thought the eating habits without the meat to be preferable and served as a reference. I settled Aizu-Komagatake, Mt. gate built between the main gate and the main house of the palace-styled architecture in the Fujiwara period coming and going 18km with one meal of dinner of the walk hotel without eating anything from morning on that day, but was able to be satisfied enough.
It was preprandial and entered four places of public bathhouses of approximately 10km away Yunohana Onsen. It was tasteful everywhere and became with the local elderly (man and woman) by two places of mixed bathing of them. When a sound and the hot water sound of the clear stream sound and use it for the bathtub of the stone in small bathroom to insert of the setting sun, I feel happy at all. It is not because it is merely non-daily scenery and thinks that this is because traditional generosity to make a chat by mixed bathing is comfortable.

【東京からは遠い魅力的な会津の山々】
今朝の新甲子温泉は暖かい日差しが降り注いでいます。昨日は満天の美しい星空を見ながら3時半に宿を出て会津を代表する会津駒ケ岳に行きました。那須連山から遠望する会津駒ケ岳は春最後まで積雪を湛え、中門岳に至る稜線には美しい池塘群が広がります。会津の山は宿から登れる流石、大倉、三倉山もそうですが、やさしいなだらかな稜線が特徴です。
5時半に滝沢登山口から登り始め、会津駒ケ岳から中門岳に行く途中でその美しい稜線を眺めながら休息し9時過ぎに下山しました。この桧枝岐エリアは燧ケ岳や平ケ岳といった東京からはアクセスが困難な魅力的な山への登山口がありますが、宿からなら1時間半ほどでアクセスできます。
【The mountains of attractive Aizu far-off from Tokyo】
Warm sunlight pours into Shinkashi Onsen this morning. I left the hotel at half past 3 while looking at the beautiful starlit sky of the sky and went to Aizu-Komagatake on behalf of Aizu yesterday. This Hinoemata area has the starting points of a mountain climb from Tokyo such as Hiuchigatake and Hiragatake to the attractive mountain having difficulty in access, but can access it from a hotel in approximately one and a half hours.

【簡単でないから人生は楽しい】
昨日は4時に起きて洗濯をして、温泉に入り、日の出前にラブラドールと阿武隈源流の森を散歩して、軽い朝食を食べ、手荒れを治しに7時40分頃開く那須湯元温泉の鹿の湯に行きました。46.3度の高温浴を2時間近く楽しみ白河で買い物をして宿に戻り、涼しくなる夕方まで屋外でパソコン仕事をし、那須連山に夕日が沈む頃再びブナ原生林の森に行きます。日々こんな感じで、ぼくにとって今の生活は理想的です。晴れた日に山に入れればそれで十分で、海外旅行やグルメのご褒美も要りません。ただ問題は稼ぐ手立てが確立できていないことです。以前は逆で稼ぐ手立てはあるのに、いつも理想の生活を探していました。簡単には行かないから人生は楽しいのでしょう。
【Because it is not easy, the life is fun】

I buy a high warm bath of 46.3 degrees in pleasing Shirakawa for nearly two hours, and a PC works outdoors until the evening to come back to the hotel, and to cool down and goes to the forest of the beech virgin forest again when the setting sun sets in the Nasu mountain ranges. For such a feeling, the present life is ideal for me every day. It is enough and does not need overseas travel and the reward of the gourmet in it if I put it in the mountain on the day when it was fine. The problem cannot only establish means to earn. The means to earn by reverse was always looking for ideal life before so that there was it. Because I do not easily go, the life will be fun.

【3Kから最先端へ】
今朝の新甲子温泉も気持ちのよい快晴です。散歩の途中で死んでいるヤマカガシを見つけました。カガシとは日本の古語で「蛇」を意味し「山の蛇」だそうです。子供の頃はよく見かけた蛇も東京近郊では絶滅したようです。都心の異常な夏の暑さや異常気象といい自然環境の変化が急激すぎると思います。
新甲子温泉に初めて来たのは一年前の今頃です。この宿を買ったとき、なぜ今時旅館を買うのか、と不思議がられました。それから1年が過ぎ、今のぼくは半ば本気で旅館再生ほど可能性を秘めていて面白いビジネスはないと考えています。
山と温泉好きの自分自身が楽しめますし、旅館は人が集まる場所ですから人から刺激をもらうことができます。旅館のオーナーは一定の信用を得ることもできますし、いろいろなビジネスとの組み合わせが可能で、自由な発想が許されます。何より零細旅館は誰も注目をしないマーケットなので、新規参入のないブルーオーシャンです。3K代表で後継者のいない零細旅館業界を最先端のビジネスにすることが夢です。
【From 3K to the most tip】
Shinkashi Onsen this morning is comfortable beautiful weather, too. I found the Rhabdophis tigrinus which was dead in the middle of a walk. “Kagashi” means "a snake" by a Japanese archaic word and "seems to be the snake of the mountain". The snake which I saw well seemed to become extinct in a childhood in the Tokyo neighboring. I think that the abnormal summer heat and abnormal weather of the downtown area and the change of good natural environments suddenly get excited.
It is this time one year ago that I came to Shinkashi Onsen for the first time. When I bought this hotel, it was wondered why you bought an inn now. Then one year passes and present I half hide possibility as inn reproduction seriously and think that there is not the interesting business.
Mountain and oneself of the hot spring enthusiast can enjoy it and can get stimulation from a person because the inn is a resort. The owner of the inn can get constant trust, and a combination with various business is possible, and a free idea is permitted. Because the small inn is the market where nobody pays attention to above all, it is the blue ocean that there is not of the new entry. It is a dream to make the small inn industry without the successor the highest business in 3K representatives.
