【その人を知る手がかり】
日本工学院の前期の成績をつけました。少人数の3年生以外の1、2年生88名の成績をつける際の手がかりは毎回提出する授業の感想とレポートです。期末にもレポートを書いてもらい全てに目を通しますが、コピペ時代のレポートの評価は厄介です。見るのは授業から気づきを得て自分なりに消化しようとした思考の痕跡です。自分の考えを毎回書く人もいますが、多くの学生はムラがありそれは授業への評価なのだと思います。「できない生徒など存在しない。存在するのはできない教師だけだ。」というピーター・ドラッカーの言葉を思い出します。
【Clue knowing the person】
I acquired a first-term grade of Nippon Engineering College. The clue when I acquire the grade of 88 one or two years students except a small third grader is an impression and a report of the classes to submit it to every time. I have you write a report in the term end and take a look at all, but the evaluation of the report of the copy and paste era is difficult. It is the trace of the thought that it gets mind from a class to look and was going to digest for oneself. There is the person writing one's thought every time, but it is capricious, and many students think that it is an evaluation to a class. "Dunces do not exist. It is only the teacher who cannot do it to exist." I remember words of Peter Drucker.

【企業で働くことは高コスト】
30年に及ぶサラリーマン生活を止めたのは2年前の今頃です。働くための出費が多かったことに気づきます。20着近くあったスーツは喪服になりそうな１着を残して処分し、6足あった革靴も1足に、冬用コートやシャツなど大半の衣類や鞄も処分し家が広くなり、クリーニング代も不要になりました。付き合いによる外食や喫茶、ストレス解消のレクリエーション、毎日のコンビニ、アマゾンでの無駄な買い物も無くなり、いつでも山に行けるのでスポーツクラブも止めました。仕事のついでの移動や情報収集と称した様々な出費も消え、生活コストは格段に下がりました。一方で、通勤時間や会社での拘束時間がなくなり使える時間は数倍に増え、人に管理されるストレスも消えました。企業で働くことは高コスト体質なのだと思います。

Because I could go to the mountain anytime, without eating out and a coffee shop by the acquaintance, recreation of the stress-relieving, an everyday convenience store, useless shopping in the Amazon, I stopped the gym. Various expenditure on the pretence of movement and the intelligence of the occasion of the work disappeared, too, and the life cost fell down markedly. On the other hand, I increased to several times at time that commuting time and the on-duty hours in the company disappeared and were usable, and the stress managed by a person disappeared. I think that it is high-cost constitution to work in a company.

【生きる価値を確認する旅】
2年に一度の国内トレイルレースの最高峰Trans Japan Alps Race (TJAR)が今日の午前0時に富山県をスタートしました。北・中央・南アルプスの日本の屋根を縦断して太平洋に至る415km、累積標高27,000mは、100マイルレースが普及しつつあるトレラン界においても別格の過酷さです。完走するだけでも想像を絶するのに、このレースを４連覇し今年は食糧を背負い無補給で挑む望月選手に至っては超人的です。トレイルレースは旅にたとえられます。「一生に一度は行きたい」といった類の観光地を巡る旅はどれも事前情報の確認行為であって人生が変わることなどありません。しかしバックパックにすべてを詰め込み自分の足で日本を縦断するレースは、人生の生きる価値を確認する旅なのだと思います。

【豊かな暮らしの嘘】
夏山シーズンで外出の機会が増えると食事に困ります。ロードサイドの飲食店は身体に悪そうな食べ物が多く、何も食べないかせいぜいナッツを買うぐらいに落ち着きます。流通している食品は微生物の繁殖を防ぐ防腐剤が入り、外食店では調理器具の殺菌が過度に行われています。かつてサラリーマン時代は昼になれば義務的に惰性で食べていました。誰もが望むだけ栄養が摂れる飽食の時代は人類の夢でしたが、新たな問題をもたらしました。脳が欲するものと身体が必要とするものは違います。現代の経済はより高額でより大量に売れる脳への刺激を優先します。現代人は商品選択をしているようで、実は主体性なく無自覚に脳に操られ食べていると思います。
【Lie of a rich living】
When opportunities of going out increase in a mountain in summer season, I am troubled with a meal. A lot of food which seems to be bad eats nothing to a body, or the restaurant of the road side calms down so as to buy nuts to the utmost. A preservative preventing the propagation of microbe is in the circulating food, and the sterilization of the kitchen utensil is performed excessively in the eating out shop. I ate by inertia perfunctorily once if it was noon for the office worker era. The times of the gluttony that it only overlooked anyone, and nourishment could consume were dreams of the human, but brought a new problem. The things which a body needs that brain wants it are different. The modern economy is more expensive and gives priority to the stimulation to brain selling in large quantities. The modern people seem to do product choice and think that, in fact, I am unconscious and am handled in brain without independence of will and eat.

【真夏の暑さの高尾山】
今朝は高尾山に行きました。ハイカーは団扇で扇ぎながら喘ぐように登って行きます。先週末のラブラドールの熱中症の件もあり、エスケープルートのない北高尾をあきらめて南高尾ルートの17.14kmを歩きました。累積標高1,041m、消費カロリー915kcalと北高尾ルートの半分程度ですが、登り始めると汗が噴出し、服のままプールに落ちた感覚です。これほど汗をかくのも久しぶりで学生時代の夏合宿を思い出します。昨今スポーツ界の指導者の不祥事がクローズアップされますが、スポーツ界固有の問題とは思いません。スポーツが競技である以上そこには勝者と敗者が生まれヒエラルキー構造を作ります。こうした閉鎖環境の上下関係に不正の入り込む余地があると思います。下山後の楽しみは身体に悪いと思いながらもアイスクリームです。
