【現代社会の病理】
今朝の新甲子温泉は0度です。凍結した路面に雨が降り、車は容易に制御を失います。今の時期、暖かく花粉症のある東京と、冬の風情だけど花粉症のない新甲子温泉に住むとしたら後者を選びます。
都市生活は刺激にあふれ過ぎ、ぼくらの感覚を麻痺させます。刹那的な快を求める脳は必要を超えた過度な消費を促します。欲望が満たされてもその幸せは長く続きません。経済は必要を超えて過剰に売ることでまわっていますので、性懲りもないそうした消費をだれも咎めないところが現代社会の病理なのでしょう。
【Pathology of the modern society】
Shinkashi Onsen this morning is zero degree. It rains on the frozen road surface, and the car loses control easily. I choose the latter if I live in Shinkashi Onsen without hay fever warmly at the present time though it is Tokyo with hay fever and winter taste.
The city life overflows for stimulation too much and paralyzes our sense. The brain which momentary excellent demands promotes excessive consumption beyond the need. Even if greed is satisfied, the happiness does not continue for a long time. Economy is to sell across need excessively, and the place where nobody blames such a consumption that there is not the doggedness will be pathology of the modern society because it turns around.

【人生は好きなように生きて良いもの】
受動的な人生は自分を偽り傷つける生き方だと思います。「人生は自分の好きなように生きて良いもの」と分かった瞬間から世界の景色が違って見えます。この一年半で自分のやりたいことが形になり始め、人生の最後まで取り組みたいテーマがはっきりしました。
皮肉なことに終身雇用という素晴らしい制度は生活のための義務になりがちです。働き方改革が叫ばれる昨今、ティール組織が注目されるのは当然の成り行きでしょう。片方で働き方改革を唱えながら、一方で管理強化の手綱を放そうとしない組織はやがて二律背反の矛盾に苦しむことになると思います。
【The thing which give life to the life to like it, and is good】

日本を離れて2ヶ月が過ぎる娘から二度目の手紙が届きました。こちらから送った手紙を「何度も何度も読み直して30分ぐらい泣きました。」と書かれています。こちらも娘から来た手紙を何度も何度も読み返し目頭が熱くなります。近くにいて日々顔を合わせていたときはいつもコミュニケーションのすれ違いでした。遠く離れた今は素直に向き合い、受け入れることができます。世界中と瞬時につながれる便利さが、他方で人間らしい感情を奪っていると感じます。関係を絶つことで互いを認め合う機会を作ってくれた学校には感謝をしています。

I thank for the school which made an opportunity to recognize each other by quitting relations.

【働き方改革によりハノイで働く】
花粉症の季節が続きます。前半は新甲子温泉にいて、その後ハノイに行き気持ちのよい春を満喫していましたが、日本に戻り律儀に花粉症が戻ってきました。ぼくの場合、鼻づまりで脳に酸素が送られないために脳細胞が活動を停止するようで、花粉症の2ヶ月間は思考が鈍り生産性が低下します。好きな仕事を好きな時に好きな場所で好きな人と好きな方法で行うことが働き方改革の本丸であり働き方改革が生産性向上の救世主になります。今の季節のハノイは半袖では少々肌寒い程度で、仕事をするには最適の季節だと思います。ハノイ・東京間は4時間弱のフライトで移動コストも国内と変わりませんので、多拠点居住のディスティネーションとしては理想的です。

昨日は娘の学校の保護者会に出ました。スクールポリシーの明確な学校で校則の適用は厳格です。一方で高校1年から2年にかけての約10ヶ月を一人海外で過ごすことから、自由と責任を同時に学びます。責任＝ResponsibilityはResponse＋Ability、つまり反応できる能力であり、周囲の状況を踏まえて総合的に判断をする能力です。私が大企業のコンプライアンス至上主義を忌み嫌うのは、この責任能力が大きく欠如していくからです。働き方改革ではルールと個人の主体性というテーマがより大きくクローズアップされていくのでしょう。これはシェアリングエコノミーにおける安全と革新の二律背反が最大の論点になるのと同じだと思います。

I went for the parents' association of the school of the daughter yesterday. The application of school regulations is strict in a clear school of the school policy. On the other hand, I learn freedom and responsibility at the same time because I spend approximately ten months from to high school 1 through 2 one abroad. Responsibility = Responsibility is Response+Ability that is the ability that can react and is ability judging based on a surrounding generally. The reason why I detest the principle of compliance supremacy of the big company is that this ability to assume legal responsibility greatly lacks. A rule and a theme of the personal independence of will are bigger and will be made a close-up by the way of working reform. This thinks that antinomy of security and the innovation in the sharing economy is the same as it becoming the maximum point at issue.
