【幸せに出逢える宿】
昨日は慶應義塾大学大学院システムデザインマネジメント研究科（SDM）前野ゼミの皆さまにお越しいただきました。幸福学（well-being）を研究される方々ゆえか、ゼミ合宿の堅苦しさはなく、ご家族連れでの参加も目立ち幸福のオーラに触れる2日間でした。幸せに出逢える宿を目指したいと思います。
【The hotel which can meet happily】
Keio University graduate school systems design management graduate course (SDM) Maeno seminars came yesterday. There was not the angularity of the various places reason that happiness studies (well-being) were studied or the seminar camp and was two days that the participation in families was outstanding and touched the aura of the happiness. I want to aim at the hotel which can meet happily.

【山と温泉があれば何もいらない】
昨日も那須湯元温泉の鹿の湯に行きました。平日にしか行ったことがありませんが、朝のうちは6つある浴槽に4、5人しかいませんので、ファンの回る音と硫黄泉の流れる湯音だけの浴場は時が止まったような癒しの空間です。温いお湯が好きだったぼくでさえ、鹿の湯の46度、48度の高温浴槽には魅せられています。浴槽に身を沈めた瞬間思わずため息がでます。もちろん効能もあって、水仕事で荒れた手などは2、3日で治ります。山に登って温泉に入る毎日なら、ほかには何もいらないと思えます。
もうひとつのひそかな楽しみは、高温浴槽を固めるレジェンドたちと一見客の行動を見ることです。年間100日以上来ている人が多く、芸術的な湯もみや湯面を揺らさないのにすばやく浴槽から出る技を目の当たりにできます。中には持ち物だけは一人前でレジェンドの域に達していない人もいます。湯温を聞くとわかります。レジェンドの誤差は鹿の湯の電子温度計と0.2度以内です。ぼくでさえ0.5度の誤差なら当てることができますが、似非レジェンドは1度ぐらい違う温度を言います。
悪趣味ながら、一見客の行動はほとんどエンターテイメントの世界です。勢いよく入って自分が乱した湯面の熱さに耐えられず浴槽から飛び出します。浴槽の周りの雰囲気や壁の注意書きに気がついてもらいたいものです。
【If there are a mountain and a hot spring, I need nothing】
I went to Shikanoyu of Nasu Yumoto Onsen yesterday. I have been only weekdays, but the bathhouse only for the hot water sound which a sound and the sulfur spring turning around of the fan drift to is space of healing that time stopped because only four or five are in the bathtub which is six in morning. Even I who liked warm hot water am charmed in 46 degrees of Shikanoyu, a high temperature bathtub of 48 degrees. A sigh leaves unintentionally at the moment when I sank the body in a bathtub. I think that Mainichi which I climb the mountain, and is in the hot spring needs nothing elsewhere.
Another secret pleasure is to watch the action of legends and the chance customer hardening a high temperature bathtub. Though a lot of people coming more than 100 days a year do not shake an artistic hot water fir tree and hot water side, it is possible to be quick in one of eyes by the skill to appear from a bathtub. Only the belonging has the person who does not reach the level of the legend in front of one among them. I understand that I hear temperature of the hot water. The error of the legend is electronic thermometer and less than 0.2 degrees of Shikanoyu. Even I can win an error of 0.5 degrees, but the pseudo-legend says temperature different once.
Most of the actions of the chance customer are the world of the entertainment although being tasteless. I jump out of a bathtub without being able to tolerate the heat of the bath side which I enter like a brick, and oneself disturbed. I want you to notice the instructions of an atmosphere and the wall around the bathtub.

【神の領域の朝焼け】
今朝は4時半に峠の茶屋を出発してラブラドールと朝日岳、茶臼岳に登りました。朝日岳を背景に見る朝焼けの美しさはもはや神の領域です。宿を出て1時間も経たずにこの景色に出会える日常はやはり贅沢です。下山後は那須湯元温泉の鹿の湯が7時40分に開くのを待って温泉に入りました。
昨日は以前からやってみたかった玄米のパエリアを作りました。玄米は手ごわく白米とは全く別物です。いつもより強火にしますがいつまで経っても炊ける気がしません。先を急がず話しでもしながら料理のプロセスを楽しむにはよいのですが、夕方から始めたのに気がついたら満天の星空になっていました。
玄米特有のわずかな苦味がオリーブオイルとローズマリーに調和して気に入っています。阿武隈源流の沢音と虫の音しか聞こえない暗闇ですっかり秋の気配の夜風に吹かれていると全身の力が脱力していきます。
【The morning glow of the domain of God】
I left the teahouse of the mountain pass at half past 4 and climbed Labrador and Asahidake, Mt. Chausu this morning. The beauty of the morning glow to watch backed by Asahidake is already a domain of God. After all the daily life to be able to come across this scenery without leaving the hotel, and one hour passing is luxurious. I waited for Shikanoyu of Nasu Yumoto Onsen to be open after a descent from a mountain at 7:40 and entered the hot spring.
I always cooked paella of the unpolished rice which I wanted to try yesterday. The unpolished rice is tough, and the polished rice is another thing really. I make high flame more than usual, but do not feel like being able to cook it even if it passes till when. It was good, but it was in the star-filled sky to enjoy the process of the dish while talking without hurrying in the point when I noticed it though I began it from the evening.
I like slight bitterness peculiar to unpolished rice in harmony with olive oil and a rosemary. The power of the whole body does loss of strength when blown to the evening wind of the really autumn sign in darkness to hear only a swamp sound of the Abukuma source and the sound of the insect.

【真冬が待ち遠しい】
今朝の新甲子温泉は穏やかな晴天です。冷蔵庫で持て余していたナスとインゲンでポタージュを作りました。普段ならまず一緒にしない組み合わせですが、ナスの甘みとインゲンのまろやかさが絶妙に合い定番メニューにしたい嬉しい発見です。健康に直結する料理こそ自分でやるべきですし、日々こうした発見があることも料理を作る喜びです。
創作活動をしない人が芸術に触れるだけでは幸福になれないのと同様に、料理も自分でやらないと本当の喜びはわからないと思います。
昨日の夕方、久しぶりに那須湯元温泉の鹿の湯に行きました。63度の源泉が昨日は50度しかないようで高温浴槽は温めです。自分のところに温泉があっても硫黄泉だけは特別です。その匂いを嗅ぐだけで遠くに来た気分になれ、わずか車で20分の距離なのに東北の秘湯にいる錯覚をします。浴室でしっかり体を冷やせる真冬が待ち遠しいです。
昨日の夕食時、パエリアの燃料のところでクワガタを見つけました。
【The depth of winters is long in coming】
Shinkashi Onsen this morning is calm fine weather. I made potage with eggplant and the kidney beans which I found unmanageable with a refrigerator. At first it is a combination not to do together, but is usually the glad discovery that it is correct in sweetness and kidney beans exquisiteness of the eggplant and wants to do on a constant seller menu. A dish connected directly with health should do it by oneself, and it is joy to make a dish that there is such a discovery every day.
I think that is true, being pleased does not know it when I do not do the dish by oneself like what cannot be happy only by the person who does not do fictionization mentioning art either.
On the evening of yesterday, I went to Shikanoyu of Nasu Yumoto Onsen after a long absence. Only as for 50 degrees, there seems to be the source of 63 degrees yesterday; the high temperature bathtub is little cold. Even if there is a hot spring to oneself, only the sulfur spring is special. Feel having come in the distance just to get whim of smell and do an illusion to be in the northeastern unexplored hot spring by only car though it is the distance of 20 minutes. The depth of winters to be able to cool a body well in a bathroom is long in coming.
In the yesterday's dinner, I found a stag beetle at fuel of the paella.

【田舎ならではの贅沢】
今朝の新甲子温泉では虹が見られました。朝5時からラブラドールと那須の峰の茶屋まで散歩をしました。那須連山の稜線に出るよく整備されたトレイルに人の姿はありません。雲海から顔を出す朝日岳を目前に望む贅沢な散歩道です。
宿に戻り週末使い切れなかった野菜をパエリアパンで焼きました。オリーブオイルだけで調味料を使わないのですが、ナスやズッキーニは甘みがあります。初秋の心地よい風を受けながら焼きたての野菜を食べる外での朝食もやはり贅沢なものです。夏の気候が厳しく人が多い東京では希少な贅沢が田舎の日常にはあると思います。
【Luxury only in the country】
A rainbow was seen in Shinkashi Onsen this morning. I took a walk from 5:00 a.m. to the teahouse of Labrador and the peak of Nasu. A trail maintained well leaving to the ridgeline of Nasu Mountains does not have the figure of the person. It is a luxurious promenade to see from a sea of clouds with Asahidake to come to close at hand.
I baked the vegetables which I came back to the hotel and was not able to use on the weekend with a paella bun. I do not use the seasoning only with olive oil, but eggplant and the zucchini have sweetness. After all the breakfast in the outside eating vegetables hot from the oven while I receive comfortable wind of the early fall is luxurious. I think that a summer climate is severe, and there is rare luxury for the daily life of the country in Tokyo with many people.
