【赤面山へのトレラン瞑想】
昨夜ある方にメッセージをいただき、今朝それを読んでいたらトレラン瞑想をしたくなり、5時過ぎから病み上がりのラブラドールと赤面山（1,701m）に登りました。宿の前の登山口から赤面山への累積標高は1,066m、距離は往復で14.21km、登りが1時間48分、下りが1時間4分、消費カロリーは778kcalと朝の運動としては適当で8時には宿に戻りました。
登りはじめて30分ほどした標高1,000mを超えたあたりで黒い大型動物の頭が藪の向こうに消えるところでした。クマよけのラブラドールは反応しなかたのですが、耳の形は熊だと思います。
この一月ほど赤面山には登っていなかったのですが、草の高さは倍ほどに伸び、藪も登山道を覆い始めています。登山道の整備には細かな日常的なメンテナンスが必要なことは実は最近まで知りませんでした。
赤面山からの下りは走るのに適当なトレイルで走力がなくても楽に走れてかなりマインドフルネスになれます。ラブラドールがお尻を向けている写真は落とした餌を必死で探しているところです。
【Trail running meditation to the Mt.Akazura】
I had a message last night in a certain one, and Trail running wanted to meditate if read it this morning, and climbed convalescent Labrador and Mt.Akazura (1,701m) from past 5:00. A descent was suitable for the calories-out for 778kcal and exercise in morning for one hour four minutes, and, as for the accumulation altitude, as for 1,066m, the distance, 14.21km, the up came back to the hotel by coming and going from the starting point of a mountain climb in front of the hotel to the Mt.Akazura at 8:00 for one hour 48 minutes.
A black large animal head was going to disappear in the other side of the thicket in an area beyond 1,000m above sea level that I began to climb it and did for approximately 30 minutes. Bear Labrador where is reacts and it is one of Nakata, but thinks the form of the ear to be a bear.
I did not climb the Mt.Akazura as this January, but the height of the grass lengthens approximately double, and the thicket begins to cover the mountain trail, too. In fact, I did not know that close daily maintenance was necessary for the maintenance of the mountain trail until recently.
The descent from the Mt.Akazura can run without running power in a suitable trail easily to run and considerably makes mindfulness. The photograph which Labrador turns buttocks to is looking for the bait which I dropped desperately.

【エメラルドブルーの特別な清流】
今朝の新甲子温泉は久しぶりに美しい青空が顔を見せる高原らしい乾いたさわやかな気候です。久しぶりに宿から車で20分ほどの那須湯本の鹿の湯に行きました。平日の朝は人影まばらで、遠く東北の秘湯まで行かなくてもここで十分です。もちろん仕事もしていて朝温泉浴場を洗い、駐車場や温泉浴場前の下草を刈り、館内にあった粗大ごみを集めて、食事を作り、掃除、洗濯、ごみ出しをしてからです。
昼食は阿武隈源流で即席ラーメンとクラッカーです。今更ジャンクフードが美味しいわけではありませんけど、エメラルドブルーの清流を眺めながらのランチは特別なものです。見慣れた風景ながら都会暮らしが長かったぼくにとってはこの清流の美しさは今でも特別なものです。
【Special clear stream of the emerald blue】
Shinkashi Onsen this morning is a dry refreshing climate like the plateaus where a beautiful blue sky turns up after a long absence. I went to Shikanoyu of Yumoto, Nasu for approximately 20 minutes by car after a long absence from a hotel. It is deserted in morning on weekdays and is enough here even if I do not go distantly to the northeastern unexplored hot spring. Of course I work and wash a hot spring bathhouse in the morning and cut the undergrowth of weeds in front of a parking lot and the hot spring bathhouse and gather the large-size refuse which there was in a hall and prepare meals and am after I do cleaning, washing, garbage soup stock.
Lunch is instant Chinese noodles and a cracker at the Abukuma source. Though junk food is not delicious now, the lunch while I look at a clear stream of the emerald blue is special. The beauty of this clear stream is still special for me who had a long urban living in spite of being familiar scenery.

【やはり犬こそマインドフルネスの先生】
先日宿に居ついていた迷い犬は動物愛護センターで収容されたあと、いつもお世話になっている川谷郵便局で飼われることになりました。5歳くらいの雌だそうです。最初にこの犬を見つけたのは那須甲子道路ですので、おそらく「国立那須甲子青少年自然の家」付近で離されたと考えられます。その2日後に宿に現れ3日ほど玄関横の軒先で過ごしました。ラブラドールとの阿武隈源流の散歩にもついてきて、姿を消したと思うと遊歩道の出口で待っています。3日目には空腹でどうしようもなくなったのでしょう。立ちあがって宿の玄関をたたきます。一切吠えることも威嚇することもない大人しい犬で、命が脅かされるような状況でも冷静な判断をする賢い犬ですからきっと新しい家族に愛され幸せになってくれると思います。
そう言えばうちのラブラドールは悪いものでも食べたらしくあれほど欲しがる餌を昨日は全く食べません。生活習慣病の大半の理由は食べ過ぎだと思うのですが、何も食べずにただマットの上で横たわるだけのラブを見ていると、本能的に体を治癒する方法を知っているのだと思います。体調の悪いときに栄養をつけようと食べる行為は逆効果だと思います。迷い犬の冷静な判断といい、やはり身ひとつで生きている犬こそマインドフルネスの先生です。
【Swell as for the dog a teacher of the mindfulness】
The hesitation dog which settled in a hotel will be kept the other day at the Kawatani post office which is always taken care of after I was taken in animal protection center. It seems to be a female of around 5 years old. It is thought that probably it was taken its eyes off near "a house of national Nasu Kashi young people nature" first because it is Nasu Kashi road to have found this dog. I appeared at the hotel two days later and spent it in an edge of the eaves of the entrance side as 3rd. A walk of the Abukuma source with Labrador gains it and waits at the exit of the promenade when I think that I disappeared. It would become hopeless for hunger on the third day. I stand up and knock on the entrance hall of the hotel. It is the quiet dog which I do not need to threaten it to bark entirely and thinks that it is loved by a surely new family because even the threatened situation is a calm smart dog judging, and life finds happiness.
That reminds me I do not eat at all bait that our Labrador seemed to eat even a bad thing and wants like that yesterday. I think most reasons of the lifestyle-related disease to be overeating, but think that I know the method to heal a body instinctively when anything watches the love that only merely lies on one of mat without eating. I think that an act to eat to soak nourishment when it is bad of the physical condition is the opposite effect. I say the calm judgment of the hesitation dog, and after all a dog living alone is a teacher of mindfulness.
