【哀愁の街道】
今日は「うつくしま・みずウオーク2017源流の郷・西郷大会」が宿の周りの阿武隈源流を使って行われます。晴れていれば盛りの紅葉を見られるのですが生憎の天気です。
写真は今週行った会津中街道です。江戸と会津を結ぶ幹線であった会津西街道が水没で通行不能となったため、1695年（元禄8年）に整備された街道です。那須山中の三斗小屋宿から標高1,468mの大峠を経て会津に至る峠越えの難路です。最盛期は参勤交代にも使われたようですが会津西街道が再整備され次第に使われなくなったようです。幕末、会津側の防衛線であった大峠には今も塹壕跡がその山肌に痕跡を残しています。大峠から会津に向かう街道沿いには墓石も多く、この道を歩くと会津敗走の歴史を思い感傷的にさせます。

A photograph is a highway out of Aizu who went this week. Because the Aizu west highway which was the main line which links Aizu to Edo is submergence, and it was with impassableness, it is a highway maintained for in 1695. It is rough road reaching Aizu via a vast mountain pass of 1,468m above sea level from Santogoya of Nasu mountains. The golden age seemed to be spent for daimyo's alternate-year residence in Tokyo, but Aizu west highway was maintained again and did not seem to be gradually used. A trench trace still leaves a trace on the face of the mountain on the vast mountain pass which was the late Tokugawa period, a defense line of the Aizu side. I let I think and do the history of the Aizu flight sentimentally when it is along a highway toward Aizu, and a lot of gravestones walk this way from the vast mountain pass.

【生き物の気配がしないパワースポット】
今朝の新甲子温泉は冷たい雨が降っています。暖炉の火が心地よい季節になりました。雨に煙る源流の森を眺めていると呼吸が深く緩やかになっていくようで心が落ち着きます。
火曜日に写真家の春田倫弘さんに撮ってもらった鏡ヶ沼での写真を送ってもらいました。神秘的な静けさに包まれるこの沼はぼくにとってのパワースポットです。生き物の気配がしない早朝の沼はいつ来ても感動的な光景で迎えてくれます。
【The power spot that a signs of life does not do】
Cold in Shinkashi Onsen this morning rain falls. It was the season when a warmth home fire was comfortable. Breathing seems to become slow deeply, and a heart calms down when I look at a forest of the source smoking in the rain.
I had you send the photograph at the Kagamiganuma which had Norihiro Haruta of the photographer take it on Tuesday. This marsh surrounded in mysterious stillness is a power spot for me. Even if the early-morning marsh where a signs of life does not make comes when, I invite you by an impressive scene.

【安らぎが訪れる森】
今朝の新甲子温泉は冷たい雨です。温泉から雨に煙る阿武隈渓谷を眺めていると気分が落ち着きます。連日、赤面山、三本槍岳、三倉山と1,800m級の山に登っていますが、山が雪に閉ざされる季節は目の前ですので、毎朝でも登りたい気持ちです。厳しい雪山に埋もれる前に三本槍岳直下の鏡ヶ沼に行きたいと思います。晩秋の静寂に包まれる森の水辺に身を置けば、心を揺らす執着から開放されて安らぎが訪れることでしょう。
【The forest which an ease visits】
Shinkashi Onsen this morning is cold rain. A feeling calms down when I look at Abukuma ravine smoking in the rain from the hot spring. I climb Akazurayama, Sanbonyaridake, Mikurayama of the 1,800m grade day after day, but am the feeling that I want to climb even every morning because it is the very front in the season when a mountain is snowbound. I want to go to Kagamiganuma right under Sanbonyaridake before being buried among the severe snowy mountains. It will be that it is thrown open by deep attachment to shake a heart, and an ease visits it if I put the body in the waterside of a forest surrounded in quietness of the late fall.

【落ち葉のカーペットのトレッドミル】
今朝の甲子峠付近の気温は5度で昨日同様の快晴です。7時に隣町の下郷町音金にある正一位稲荷神社の登山口から三倉山（1,888m）にラブラドールと登りました。那須連山最大の急登といわれるだけに前半は急登の連続で、さながら落ち葉のカーペットのトレッドミルです。後ろの山で猟銃の乾いた音が響き、三倉山の方からは鹿の鳴き声が聞こえます。三倉山への往復は距離10.12km、累積標高1,233mで往復に2時間56分を要しました。山頂付近は樹氷のついた山肌が太陽に反射して美しい光景を見せます。三倉山の山開きは7月中旬で、もう一ヶ月もすると長い冬が始まります。

The temperature of the neighborhood of Kashi mountain pass this morning is beautiful weather like yesterday at five times. Long winter begins when I do the opening of the mountaineering season of Mt.Mikura for another one month in the middle of July.

【ハイキングに勝るレジャーはない】
今朝は6時過ぎから三本槍岳直下の鏡ヶ沼に撮影に行きました。深い霧に包まれた美しい沼は神秘的な佇まいで、時折遠くの山から鹿の鳴き声が響く以外はあたりを静けさが支配します。周囲数百メートルの小さな沼ですが、対岸は霧のなかです。文字通り鏡のような水面に木々が映し出されます。
鏡ヶ沼から大峠に戻り三本槍岳の尾根に向かいました。快晴の今日は寒くなく、むしろ暑いくらいです。雄大な眺めのよく整備されたトレイルで新鮮な空気を吸いながらのハイキングに勝るレジャーはないと思います。足の筋肉を鍛えながら中程度の有酸素運動ができ健康のためにも最適です。
【There is not the leisure superior to hiking】
I went to the Kagamiganuma right under Sanbonyaridake for photography this morning from past 6:00. In the beautiful marsh surrounded by deep fog, stillness rules over the area except that the cry of deer occasionally sounds with a mysterious appearance from the far-off mountain. Is the small marsh of several hundred meters of neighborhoods,; but the opposite bank in fog. Trees are projected literally on the surface of the water such as the mirror.
I came back to the vast mountain pass from the Kagamiganuma and went to the ridge of Sanbonyaridake. Clear today is not cold and is rather hot. I think that there is not it in leisure superior to hiking while I breathe fresh air in the trail maintained well of a magnificent view. While strengthening the muscle of the foot; of the medium degree can do aerobic exercise, and is most suitable for the health.
